    This is a vintage Sheaffer Imperial fountain pen, made of blue plastic with steel cap and fine steel nib. The pen has been dipped for testing the nib.  It uses cartridges or converter. The pen is in excellent working condition.  The ink is widely available in cartridge form. If you prefer bottled ink, the converter can be found in my store.
