    Mrs Stewart's Bluing
    Old Bottle
    The seam on this bottle goes all the way to the top.  It is embossed on one side with the words This Contains and on the other side are the words Mrs Stewart's Bluing.  On the bottom it says Duraglas with a symbol and the numbers 7 on the left and 6 on the right.
    It is a bottle that I bought at an estate auction in Maine.  I will be listing many more in the coming days so you may want to check my store again.  I am not a bottle expert and just purchased approximately 250 bottles so will list a few each day or when I have more time.  I enclosed a photo of myself and my gallery so that you can see I am an artist and this is my gallery.  I sell small antiques here.  The bottles will be cleaned before I sell them but most of them will probably need further cleaning.
    Back to this bottle.....it stands not quite 5" high and is 1 1/2 by 2 1/4" at the bottom.  There are many of these bottles but this size is very hard to find.     The bottle is a clear color but has absolutely no chips.  It is in very good condition.  I did clean it but only on the outside as I did not want to remove the original cork.  You can see traces of the bluing on the cork in my photos so you know it is the original cork.
    I saw other bottles on ebay for sale by Mrs. Stewart but most of them are round.  This is not round.  I think it is much older.  It is in excellent condition.
