    Description

    Here's an excellent SHEAFFER ADMIRAL  TOUCHDOWN filled pen in burgundy and from about 1949. The pen is 5-1/8" long and has excellent gold filled trim and a good legible 3 line barrel imprint.
    The plastic is also flawless.
    The touchdown filler doesn't take up ink and likely will need a new sac and be resealed. The nib is a  two tone SHEAFFER'S, FEATHER TOUCH. MADE IN USA. 5, 14K . It's a firm medium width, straight and with good iridium.
