WW1 French Homefront "Journee du 75" 1914 - 1915 War Effort Donation Medal

This WW1 French Homefront "Journee du 75" 1914 - 1915 War Effort Donation Medal is in good condition overall but does have a replacement ribbon. The ribbon appears to be of newer construction than what commonly encountered during WW1 and could have been done between Wars, as it has the feel of WW2 era ribbons. This is merely speculation on my part, the only real fact that can be fixated upon is that the ribbon included is sadly not original. The medal itself is clean and shows no signs of tarnish or damage of any kind. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
